General Health info that I've found useful for handling living with MS
- Scalp acupuncture- this is one of the few things I have found that helps me handle symptoms. I can't take any of the injectable MS drugs because I am a side-effects magnet. With regular acupuncture, I am able to function as normally as possible. This link actually goes to my doctor's website. He and his colleagues are amazing people who truly are healers.

I am connecting with Vista Print to promote their services. Yes, I do get a small kick-back if you purchase stuff through them by using a link from any of the Embrace Challenge pages.
I am also connecting with a few companies to specifically advertise for them. Clicking on an ad will help me fund this and my other websites.
