General Health info that I've found useful for handling living with MS
  • Scalp acupuncture- this is one of the few things I have found that helps me handle symptoms. I can't take any of the injectable MS drugs because I am a side-effects magnet. With regular acupuncture, I am able to function as normally as possible. This link actually goes to my doctor's website. He and his colleagues are amazing people who truly are healers.
